ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Involved in developing weekly and daily operational plans.
Assist in coordinating the efforts and activities of the department to meet the established plans
Assist in researching and resolving difficult problems and discrepancies.
Assist in developing new procedures, processes, and techniques to accomplish goals of department.
Manage reports and assist management in reconciliation efforts.
Understand departmental metrics and assist management in obtaining goals of such metrics.
Manage and delegate work flow to the team members.
Balance Team to ensure proper labor allocation and proper flow of work.
Assist team members in resolving questions or problems.
Assist management in controlling proper inventory levels by controlling and addressing accuracy issues.
Ensuring we are meeting wave completion expectations for all areas.
Assuring we are completing tasks in coordination with the Department Managers
Ensuring we are meeting Departmental commitments.
Ensuring we are meeting productivity standards by following standard operating procedures.
Partnering with other areas to ensure we are meeting building expectations
Obtain next wave and plan workload
Communicating safety, team member, or systemic issues to the Department Managers
Perform related duties as assigned including direct functions
CRITICAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and ability to learn in-house programs
Ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Basic English language writing skills necessary for the completion of written paperwork
Ability to read and understand the English language sufficiently to communicate with workforce
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated with a thirst for learning
Tenacious follow up skills
