  • Team member is responsible for selling, customer service, merchandising and visual merchandising for their dedicated Shop-in-A-Shop work area.
  • Team member will follow Toys”R”Us customer service guidelines. In addition, the team member must also follow American Girl’s customer service principles.

  • Be passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, engaging, flexible, and able to consistently deliver a positive and unique experience to customers of all ages.
  • Approach, acknowledge and assist all customers.
  • Knowledgeable and shares information on all shop events, promotions and activities.
  • Be aware of new products and services.
  • Be well versed in the training material
  • Utilize the 5-rules of demo: o The guest should hear you before they see you. o Get the toy in the child’s hand. o Get down to the child’s level. o Have Fun and Play. o Sell, Sell, Sell
