Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collection, review, follow up, register test, and data entry of promotional offers into the Campaign, PSA & Access Via systems, used to systemically roll out offers & signage to all Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us Brick & Mortar stores.

  • Support workload completion of the Store Promotions Coordinator and QA teams.

  • Review of promotional offers and signage for accuracy is required to ensure we achieve flawless execution in-store and provide our customers with outstanding value.

  • Detailed assessment of deal sheets is key to ensuring they correspond with advertised layouts.

  • Collaborate with multiple business partners within the Marketing, Merchant and Store Operations teams to ensure open questions & issues are resolved prior to promotional implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Two years retail experience preferred.

  • Excellent time management skills and a drive for results are crucial to the successful completion of promotional entry deadlines.

  • Well organized and strong detail oriented skills with the ability to execute business processes to meet deadlines.

  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines, with limited supervision.

  • Strong communication skills. Work effectively and positively with other departments who have diverse backgrounds and personalities.

  • High energy level and strong work ethic.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
