Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax accounting provisions under ASC 740

  • Prepare ETR calculations for bank reporting

  • Assist in the maintenance of SOX 404 documentation

  • Assist with implementing and monitoring worldwide income tax processes

  • Work on special tax accounting projects

  • Maintain Onesource tax provision software

  • Will report to Director of Tax

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of corporate or public accounting with relevant tax experience with a focus on tax accounting

  • Knowledge ASC 740, FIN48, FIN18

  • B.S. in Accounting, MS Taxation or CPA preferred

  • Technical proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to handle tight deadlines for quarterly and year-end close

  • No travel required
