Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax accounting provisions under ASC 740
Prepare ETR calculations for bank reporting
Assist in the maintenance of SOX 404 documentation
Assist with implementing and monitoring worldwide income tax processes
Work on special tax accounting projects
Maintain Onesource tax provision software
Will report to Director of Tax
5+ years of corporate or public accounting with relevant tax experience with a focus on tax accounting
Knowledge ASC 740, FIN48, FIN18
B.S. in Accounting, MS Taxation or CPA preferred
Technical proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle tight deadlines for quarterly and year-end close
No travel required
