Omnichannel Temporary Seasonal Operations Analyst

General Description/Primary Purpose

The Omnichannel Temporary Seasonal Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Omnichannel Operations leadership team. They are expected to consistently build positive relationships with cross functional departments and display a positive attitude with enthusiasm for the job and excellent interpersonal skills. The Omnichannel Temporary Seasonal Operations Analyst reports to the Manager of Omnichannel Operations.


Assist Ship From Store Administrators to achieve all Ship from Store daily goals and objectives to include:

  • Processing orders in the Ship From Store Order Management System.

  • Processing orders will include handling at risk Ship-From-Store orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve any concerns.

  • Review of Fulfillment Center orders and identifying 'orders at risk' of missing their Service Level Agreement with our customers and taking suitable action.

  • Researching and actioning orders identified by our Customer Service Team where manual intervention of an order must take place in order to ensure our customer receives their order within our Service Level Agreement and in perfect condition.

  • Researching and Resolving Marketplace concerns for any systems and/or order concerns
